You are invited to an unforgettable experience, as we officially kick of Lobster Season with Feast and Frolic right here in London! Please join us May 8th, 2015 at the London Convention Centre when Bethanys Hope Foundation and friends will present a premiere fundraising event affectionately named, “An East Coast Lobster Party”. Your host for the evening will be Chef Michael Smith, one of Canada’s best known Chef’s and Food Network star.

This year we’re throwing another “Kitchen Party” with an interactive evening of food, friends, flavour and…lobster! In addition to a fabulous mouth-watering meal, our cocktail hour will consist of food stations, including Chef Michael’s always popular Oyster Bar. You will have the opportunity to participate in our always exciting silent and live auctions; all while being entertained by the high energy Celtic folk group, The Sheridan Band!

This is a very exciting time for Bethanys Hope Foundation! We are now on a dash to the finish line…..a clinical trial to finally treat Metachromatic Leukodystrophy! This would not have been possible without the amazing generosity of this community. Funds raised from our Lobster Party will support our upcoming clinical trial, conducted through “Bethanys Hope Leukodystrophy Research Laboratory” under the direction of Dr. Tony Rupar of Western University.
