“Tiger in the Woods ” Annual Charity Golf Tournament………………… reaches over $450,000!!

Incredible!! We are many, many steps closer to the answer for Metachromatic Leukodystrophy!!

Yet another record! Thanks to owner, Rick DeJager and his wonderful Team at Tiger Jacks Bar & Grill (www.tigerjacks.com) they reached an amazing goal this year at another extremely successful “Tiger in the Woods 18” Charity Golf Tournament at Echo Valley Golf Club. The 2016 Charity Tournament raised a record $44,750 …. bringing their total to over $450,000 in just 18 years!!

There is no other Charity Golf Tournament like this! Special thanks to their very generous golfers, participants and Volunteers. From start to finish it is a first class event. Fundraisers such as the “Tiger in the Woods” would not be possible without great Corporate Partners & friends! We are extremely grateful to everyone who donated to the Live & Silent Auctions, the amazing Raffle, the Prize Table as well as all the Hole Sponsors. Their continued commitment and amazing generosity is deeply appreciated!!

Dr. Rupar and his Team at Bethanys Hope Leukodystrophy Research Laboratory are making new advancements in unlocking the key to a treatment for Leukodystrophy …. and the need for funding is all the more imperative. This MLD Research would not be possible without special people!! A great big thank-you to Rick DeJager, a Hall of Fame Member of “Team 2018” for his ongoing generosity and compassion” …. as together we prepare to support the children/families in a much anticipated Clinical Trial !
