Lydia M Hayes
Lydia M Hayes is a Senior Branch Manager with Scotiabank. Over her 40 year career with the bank Lydia has had a variety of progressive roles including various roles in Retail Banking, Coaching and Facilitating, and roles with the District Office. Presently Lydia is one of London & Area’s Senior Management Team and Manages a team of 25 at the Montgomery Branch, she also holds the role of Women In Leadership Champion for the District. Lydia has her Personal Financial Planner Accreditation and is a Leader Coach. Lydia has a strong commitment to community and has served in a variety of roles on public and nonprofit boards. Lydia has been a enthusiastic supporter of Bethanys Hope since becoming a volunteer in 2004 and works closely with Jones Entertainment Group to have Scotiabank as a Key Sponsor of “Rock the Park”. Lydia is a proud Mother and Grandmother.
